We are pleased to announce the strengthened leadership team for the European Division of LF Group and LFM Solar Energy S.A.
Jan Li, our new CTO for Europe, brings over 20 years of global experience across R&D, mass‑production engineering, EV battery development, and advanced energy‑storage systems. His background includes senior roles at Intel in the U.S., Hong Kong, and China; contributions to EV charging and battery‑changing station design for the Shanghai Expo and Guangzhou Asian Games; and extensive work in lithium‑battery manufacturing technologies, system integration, and international technical partnerships.
Wei Xiong Liang, joining as Chief Engineer for Europe, adds more than two decades of Silicon Valley and China engineering leadership, including DSL chip design at ITeX, battery‑management chip development at Conexant/Skyworks and Amalfi, and venture‑backed product commercialization at Mobert. He also brings a strong record of innovation with more than 30 patents.
Dr. Andreas Koras will serve as Technical Support Manager, European Division, and is a recognized figure in Greece’s renewable‑energy sector. He brings academic and consulting experience in aerodynamics, wind turbines, solar energy, photovoltaics, energy efficiency, and sustainable‑energy systems. His prior roles include serving as an Energy consultant in the Energy Sector and a Former lecturer at the Greek Air Force Academy
