Strategic Partnership with Guangzhou Zhiguang Electric Co.
Lithium Force Group, headquartered in the United States, is pleased to announce that its partners LFM Solar Energy S.A. (Athens, Greece) and Lithium Force Power Limited (Hong Kong) have formalized a strategic partnership with Guangzhou Zhiguang Electric Co., Ltd.(China). The parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on December 4th, 2025, marking a significant step toward strengthening cooperation in the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) sector.

LFM Solar Energy S.A., founded in 2022, specializes in engineering and technical consulting services for renewable energy products across Europe. Scope of Cooperation
Under the MOU, LFM Solar Energy will receive energy storage equipment and technical support from both Zhiguang Electric and Lithium Force Power Limited. Leveraging this collaboration, LFM Solar Energy will deliver comprehensive, end to end energy storage solutions to its customers, including:
- Consulting and system design
- Manufacturing and supply of equipment
- Installation and commissioning
- Personnel training
- Technical support and aftersales services
- Additional customized solutions tailored to project needs
